These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Coachwithkim.org and your participation in offerings made available through the website. Please review them carefully. Additional terms may apply to specific services, programs, purchases, donations, registrations, or agreements.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Coachwithkim.org provides information about leadership development, speaking, coaching, community consulting, community programs, and ministry-related activities associated with Coach With Kim, Perspective 360, Empty Spaces, Peace Starts Here, and The Bridge Impact Church.
Perspective 360 and Empty Spaces are DBA (assumed) names registered to Kimberly Williams personally. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kimberly Williams doing business under the applicable name, unless a specific offering expressly identifies another responsible provider. A brand or program name does not necessarily identify a separate legal entity. Each proposal, registration, checkout page, donation page, or service agreement will identify the organization responsible for that particular activity. Featuring an organization on this website does not make that organization a party to every transaction or agreement.
These Terms and Conditions govern website use. Paid services and program participation may require additional terms accepted at booking or registration. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed service agreement controls for the specific service. Applicable law and rights that cannot legally be waived remain controlling.
2. Acceptance and authority
Where a transaction or registration requires acceptance, you must review these terms and affirmatively agree before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement or make a purchase in your own name through the website. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Youth may participate in eligible programs through the applicable parent, guardian, school, or agency authorization process. Acceptance of these website terms does not replace any required youth registration, consent, or authorization documents.
3. Permitted website use
You may use the website for lawful informational purposes and to inquire about or obtain available offerings.
You must not:
● Impersonate another person or organization;
● Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information;
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
● Upload or distribute malicious software;
● Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
● Scrape, copy, or exploit website content without permission; or
● Use the website to harass, threaten, or harm others.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
4. Educational, coaching, and ministry boundaries
Unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise through an appropriately qualified provider, our coaching, training, speaking, and ministry content is educational or supportive. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal representation, investment advice, or emergency response.
Spiritual support is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate emergency resource rather than using a website inquiry form.
Participation does not guarantee employment, funding, business revenue, certification, admission, behavioral outcomes, or access to public benefits. Results depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and participation.
5. Community programs and referrals
Information about Empty Spaces and Peace Starts Here may describe planned activities as well as currently available services. Current schedules, eligibility requirements, capacity, and the responsible provider will be stated in the applicable program materials. An inquiry does not establish enrollment or guarantee assistance.
Referrals may connect participants with independent providers. Those providers determine their own eligibility, availability, service standards, and fees. Any case-management relationship, information-sharing authorization, or agency collaboration requires the applicable program documentation.
We do not promise absolute confidentiality where safety concerns, mandatory reporting duties, or legal requirements apply.
6. Bookings and paid services
An inquiry or discovery call does not reserve a date or create a service contract. A booking becomes confirmed only when the identified provider accepts it in writing and any required agreement and initial payment have been completed.
Before acceptance, the applicable proposal, checkout page, or service agreement will disclose the service scope, price, deposit, payment schedule, applicable taxes, travel or other additional charges, and cancellation and refund terms.
No recurring billing is authorized merely by accepting these Terms and Conditions. Any recurring arrangement requires separate clear disclosure and affirmative authorization.
Changes to scope, dates, delivery format, or expenses require written agreement. Custom corporate, government, school, nonprofit, and consulting engagements are governed by their signed agreements. These terms do not override procurement requirements or waive governmental protections.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and event changes
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, and transfer policy disclosed and accepted for the specific purchase applies, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions alone do not make every payment nonrefundable. If no specific policy was disclosed, contact the identified seller to resolve the request under the applicable agreement and law.
If we cancel an offering and cannot provide an agreed replacement, we will refund payment for the undelivered portion, subject to any lawful, expressly agreed allocation in the relevant service contract.
We will notify affected customers of material event changes and explain available options. Changes to these terms will not retroactively impose different refund rules on an existing purchase.
8. Books, digital resources, and training materials
Before purchase, any shop will disclose the product format, price, shipping or delivery timing, and applicable returns policy. For digital products, the applicable page will also disclose delivery method, access duration, device requirements, and material restrictions.
Unless a separate license states otherwise, purchased digital materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use or to the expressly authorized participants under an organizational agreement. Digital materials may not be resold, uploaded publicly, distributed to additional participants, or used to deliver commercial training without written permission. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
Original website text, books, curriculum, assessments, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission, subject to the rights of their respective owners.
You may view the website and use resources only within the permission expressly granted. Reproduction, commercial distribution, adaptation, public posting, or use of our branding requires permission unless applicable law permits the use.
Client ownership rights, deliverable licenses, recording permissions, and rights in custom consulting work must be specified in the relevant service agreement. Logos or partner references do not imply an endorsement or relationship beyond what is expressly stated.
10. Youth participation, photography, and recordings
Youth programs require the applicable registration and authorization documents. These documents may address supervision, emergency contacts, transportation, conduct, and specific activity risks. Acceptance of these website terms is not a substitute for those documents.
Participation does not automatically grant permission to use a participant’s image, voice, story, or testimonial in marketing. We obtain separate permission where appropriate, including required parent or guardian authorization for minors.
Any recording of a coaching or training session requires agreement in advance.
11. Donations and sponsorships
Donation pages will identify the actual recipient organization. Where a contribution is directed to Best Kept Secret-Stop The Violence Organization, that organization’s receipt and donation terms govern the contribution. Its EIN is 26-1928930.
This identification does not establish that every Coach With Kim offering or website payment is charitable.
We do not represent that business service fees or all website payments are tax-deductible. Any charitable-status or deductibility statement will reflect the recipient’s verified status and the nature of the contribution.
Sponsorship benefits, restricted gifts, recurring contributions, and requests to correct an erroneous donation are governed by the recipient’s disclosed policy or written agreement.
12. Privacy and communications
Our separate Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected through the website, why it is collected, how it is shared, and how to contact us about it. Review that policy before submitting information.
Do not submit medical records, case histories, identification documents, or other sensitive records through a general inquiry form. We will identify an appropriate intake channel when needed.
Service-related communications may be necessary to respond to your request or administer a booking. Marketing email and text permissions are handled separately where required. Acceptance of these terms is not blanket marketing consent.
Photo permissions and case-information releases are also handled separately.
13. Third-party websites and platforms
Links and embedded tools may lead to independent booking, payment, donation, social-media, or resource providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
We do not control independent websites or guarantee their availability. This provision does not remove obligations we have for our own conduct or for vendors we engage.
14. Website availability and responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every informational page is free of errors. Contact us to verify details before relying on a service description.
Specific promises in a service agreement remain binding according to that agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of general website information or a website interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not create a personal-injury waiver or release risks associated with attending a program. Service-specific liability allocations require a separate agreement.
15. Questions and disputes
Please contact Kimberly@coachwithkim.org with a description of your concern and the relevant booking or transaction details so we can attempt a practical resolution.
This request does not limit deadlines, regulator complaints, or remedies available under law.
Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without displacing mandatory protections applicable to you. Any exclusive venue, arbitration provision, jury waiver, or other special dispute procedure must be set out in an appropriately reviewed agreement. None is created by these website terms.
16. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms for future website use and future transactions by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes affecting an ongoing relationship will receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required.
Revisions do not retroactively change an existing signed agreement or completed transaction.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not automatically waive future enforcement.
For questions about these terms, contact Kimberly Williams at Kimberly@coachwithkim.org.
